Acendae was founded by entrepreneur Pramuka Godakanda with a simple vision: connect ambitious companies with talented tech professionals worldwide.
Pramuka's journey started by helping startups and small businesses launch websites and digital platforms. Through this, he realized that technology alone isn't the biggest challenge — building the right team is.
In Sri Lanka, his motherland, he saw a wealth of talented developers, designers, and engineers eager to work on international projects, but without direct access to global opportunities.
This insight sparked Acendae — a company that builds digital solutions while linking European companies with Sri Lankan tech talent.
Over the years, he helped grow a thriving community across the Netherlands and Belgium, bringing together startups and founders to collaborate, share knowledge, and support each other's growth.
